Yes. We have discounted rates in Amman and Dubai and will have more special arrangements shortly.

If you want to take advantage of this special rates, we shall make the initial reservation. Please provide us with following information: Full name, Check in date and time, Check out date and time.

To apply for our courses, please:

  1. Select the course you want from our LIST
  2. In the course page, click on “BOOK NOW”.
  3. Fill the Booking Form and click on “SUBMIT”
Costs: What are the costs of the courses?
You will find the cost on the webpage of each scheduled course
Different Courses Levels: Which are the differences between Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels?
Foundation level courses provide an introduction to the topic. They explain the background to the topic and where it fits into the larger insurance market; the vocabulary; the relevant insurance and legal principles; the basic policy covers and general policy terms and conditions. Intermediate level courses are more technical. They cover underwriting and claims considerations, special wordings, terms, clauses, conditions and exceptions. Advanced level courses are for specialist technicians. They cover complex risks, management of portfolios, specialist reinsurance arrangements.
In-house/customized trainings: Is it possible to have training just for people in my company? Can training be tailored to suit our particular needs and priorities?

Yes. We shall be running our courses throughout Middle East, the Gulf and North Africa and we want to schedule trainings to suit the needs of insurance professionals in those regions. Payment: How do I pay for courses?

Payment must be made before the first day of the course and can be made by:

Registration and Cancellation: Which are the Registration and Cancellation Policies of the A.I.I.?

REGISTRATION POLICY

  • We are not in a position to arrange visas for course participants. Please ensure that you allow enough time to get your visa, if required.
  • The registration deadline is 5 working days before the course/event date. Please ensure that the completed registration form together with payment reaches The Arab Insurance Institute before this date as course materials need to be prepared.
  • As The Arab Insurance Institute practices a no credit policy, payment must be made before the first day of the course / event.
  • Reservation can be made on the website, by email or by fax, but confirmation of places is subject to availability.
  • If necessary The Arab Insurance Institute reserves the right to change trainers or modify the course content without prior notice or, in extreme circumstances, reschedule or cancel the course.
  • Replacement of participant(s) is allowed free of charge, unless there is insufficient time for any mandatory pre-course work to be completed. Changes of participants must be notified in advance to allow administrative adjustments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Late cancellations and no-shows put programmes at risk of being postponed at inconvenience to other participants. The Arab Insurance Institute therefore has a cancellation policy that aims to ensure the courses and events remain viable.
  • All cancellations should be made in writing, preferably by email.
  • All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation charge per participant to cover administration costs and unrecoverable fees.
