  • When transferring fees to the above account, please use the Purpose Code # 0504 with a brief explanation, including our Invoice number, course title and the participant name (if you are enrolling more than one participant, please quote one of the names).
  • Payment must be made before the course / event starts.
  • We are not in a position to arrange visas for course participants. Please ensure that you allow enough time to get your visa, if required. 
  • The registration deadline is 5 working days before the course/event date. Please ensure that the completed registration form together with payment reaches The Arab Insurance Institute before this date as course materials need to be prepared.
  • As The Arab Insurance Institute practices a no credit policy, payment must be made before the first day of the course / event.
  • Reservation can be made on the website, by email or by fax, but confirmation of places is subject to availability.
  • If necessary The Arab Insurance Institute reserves the right to change trainers or modify the course content without prior notice or, in extreme circumstances, reschedule or cancel the course.
  • Replacement of participant(s) is allowed free of charge, unless there is insufficient time for any mandatory pre-course work to be completed. Changes of participants must be notified in advance to allow administrative adjustments.

Late cancellations and no-shows put programmes at risk of being postponed at inconvenience to other participants. The Arab Insurance Institute therefore has a cancellation policy that aims to ensure the courses and events remain viable.

  • All cancellations should be made in writing, preferably by email.
  • All refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation charge per participant to cover administration costs and unrecoverable fees.
